1. Does ZALORA offer Express Shipping?


Yes we do! Express shipping is charged on per order basis and is applicable to all items which are available at our warehouse and paid via Cash-On-Delivery.

Express shipping is applicable for:

  • COD transactions
  • Selected Metro Manila locations: Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, San Juan (Greenhills), Taguig, Pasay and Paranaque only
  • Products with express shipping icon

  • Unfortunately, Express Shipping is not valid for:

  • Items which have to be externally sourced, with a 7-14 working days delivery lead time
  • ZALORA Marketplace items
  • Exchange orders

  • 2. What is the cut-off time for express shipping?


    Monday to Saturday: Select express shipping at the check-out page and confirm your order until 12:00NN, to get your orders on the same day. Currently, express shipping is not available for orders placed on Saturdays, 6:00 PM to Sundays 12:00 NN. Express shipping will resume for orders placed on Sundays, 12:01 PM


    3. How soon can I expect my order if I opt for express shipping?


    We aim to deliver your order to you on our first delivery attempt, within the same day if the order is placed before 12:00NN of the day itself.


    4. What if I miss the express delivery attempt by the courier?


    Our friendly ZALORA riders will leave a text message and a drop-card with contact details for you. You may reach out to re-arrange another delivery attempt within 24 hours or you contact our friendly customer service team for assistance at (02) 858 0777 (9am-6pm Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm Saturday) or email us at customer@ph.zalora.com.


    5. How much do I have to pay to enjoy express shipping?


    Charge for the express shipping per order is PHP200.00. There will be no extra shipping fee charge on your ZALORA order, even if it is below Php1295.


    6. If I were to refund my order, would I get the express shipping fee refunded as well?


    We regret to inform you that express shipping fee is non-refundable.


    7. If I paid for express shipping for my original order and request for an exchange, would my exchange order be delivered via express shipping as well?


    Express shipping is applied on a per order basis. As all exchange orders are new orders, normal shipping will apply.


    8. What happens if some of my items don't have the express shipping icon?


    Items with Express shipping icon will be delivered on the same day. Remaining items will be delivered within 1-3 business days for Metro Manila, Metro Cebu and Metro Zamboanga and 5-7 days for provincial areas, externally sourced items will be delivered within 7-14 days.
