Coconut Chia Pudding recipe

Ingredients:

¼ cup of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut milk

¼ cup (or less) of honey

Instructions:

1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk and honey into a jar.

2. Stir thoroughly with a whisk or a fork

3. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (the chia seeds will expand and thicken the coconut milk, giving it a tapioca-like consistency)

4. Serve cold and top off with any toppings that suits your fancy

Additional Notes:

● If you find the pudding a wee bit too thick, just simply add in more coconut milk and stir.

● Since these nutrient packed seeds are so versatile, you can even switch up other ingredients such almond milk to replace coconut milk, or maple syrup in lieu of honey

● For the toppings, we recommend any of the following (fresh, dried or pureed fruits, assorted nuts, coconut and even chocolate). Absolutely limitless so have fun experimenting!
