Kindly take a measuring tape and put in the loops of your pants and the size
you get in INCHES would be your belt size 

2)
if you don't have measuring tape-   The belt size
will be 2 inches more than the trousers waist size in inches

Suppose.
if your trousers waist size is 36 inches then belt size will be 38 inches

3)
What should I do if my size is odd number e.g., 35 inches or 39 inches ?

size one inch less, e.g., if your size is 35 inches, order 34 inches
