- Swiss Miss Sweet Wins Promo (referred to as “Promo”) is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Promo period is from December 1, 2016 – February 28, 2017.
- Employees of Swiss Miss, Wunderman Manila, ZALORA Philippines, Star Cruises, and participating outlets (“Promoter”) including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Buy any of the following specially marked products to join the promo:

- There will be a promo sticker attached to the Swiss Miss SKU, which can be peeled by the participant to reveal a code.
- The participant will then visit the www.ZALORA.com.ph/SwissMiss-SweetWins to enter the code with for the gift certificates and Asian cruise raffle. Each code can only be entered once.
- The participant will then receive one (1) of the following messages:
- “Here’s your Sweet Win! A ZALORA Gift Certificate worth Php500.00. You will receive your gift certificate via the e-mail address you have submitted.”
- Here’s your Sweet Win! You’re automatically entered into a raffle for a cruise for two on the SUPERSTAR AQUARIUS (PENANG-KHABI-PHUKET-PENANG). You will also receive a ZALORA gift coupon for 18% OFF when you purchase a minimum of Php1,800.00, at the e-mail address you have submitted”

- The participant must provide the following complete and correct details, otherwise, the raffle entry is void: Name, Age, Gender, Email Address, Mailing Address, Mobile Number, Official Receipt #, and Store Swiss Miss Pack was purchased from.
- Prizes are as follows:
two (2) on the Superstar Aquarius (Penang-Khabi-Phuket-Penang) provided by Star Cruises with PHP 30,000 airfare allowance |
- Upon delivery of purchased items from ZALORA, participant must surrender Swiss Miss pack with winning code and official receipt to the rider.
- The cruise raffle draw will occur at 3PM on February 10 at Wunderman Manila, 7F BDO Equitable Bank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, in the presence of representatives from the Promoter and the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) representative.
- Cruise winners will be notified by Promoter in writing via registered mailing address and email address. Process for booking of the cruise shall be communicated in this notification and will be at an official place of business for Star Cruises.
- Winners must present the notification letter and/or email, with one (1) valid government issued ID and surrender the Swiss Miss pack with the winning code, official receipt as proof of purchase to book their cruise.
- ZALORA Gift Certificates are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
- STAR CRUISES PRIZES are transferable but not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services. Winners and their plus ones must have a valid passport to avail of the cruise.
- By participating, consumer agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and the administrator(s) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of entry into the promotion or use of the prize or inability to enter or participate due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and the administrator(s).
