Terms and conditions
- Registration will provide the opportunity to purchase the special Nike product. Joining the raffle does not guarantee a slot to purchase the product.
- All participants would need to have a registered ZALORA account to enter. Make sure to provide the same email address registered to your ZALORA account.
- Only one (1) entry per person and/or household per raffle event is allowed. Participants with duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Details (e.g. shipping details, selected design/color/size) can no longer be modified upon submission of the form. Entries cannot be transferred or assigned to another participant.
- ZALORA Philippines is not responsible for lost, unread, or unreceived emails. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their email and confirm within the given timeframe. Raffle/Payment Process
- Winners will be drawn at random.
- Raffle draw winners will be notified by ZALORA Philippines via email.
- Upon receipt of email confirmation, winners will have to login into their ZALORA account with the same email address submitted during the raffle on the ZALORA app, mobile or desktop web, and only the confirmed product and corresponding size of each winner can be added to cart and checked out accordingly via the respective winner’s registered ZALORA account.
- Payment has to be completed within the given time which will be shown on the product page.
- All unpaid/unclaimed entries after the deadline will automatically be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected in place of the forfeited entry.
- Payment must be made via any of the accepted online payments only: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, GCash, or GrabPay through a payment link which will be shared with the winners. Cash on Delivery is not supported for this specific activation. The email address submitted in the payment link must be the same email address as registered in ZALORA to avoid unidentified payment.
- .All items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and are excluded from promotions and discounts.
- To be eligible for the Draw, participants are required to accomplish all steps and mechanics. All raffle mechanics are for strict compliance. Winners who fail to accomplish any of the raffle requirements are automatically disqualified.
