ZALORA Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions


These ZALORA Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern ZALORA’s Customer Ambassador Program (“Ambassador Program”), under which ZALORA Customers may receive Cashback in return for referring a new customer to ZALORA (“Referral Cashback/Reward”). By participating in the Ambassador Program in any way or using Referral Cashback/Reward, you agree to these Terms.


  1. Definition of Terms

Unless otherwise specified, the following definitions apply in this Terms


  1. “Referrer” means a ZALORA customer who voluntarily participates in the Ambassador Program

  2. “Friend” a new customer who has never purchased from ZALORA before. Referrer and Friends should cannot be the same person.

  3. “KOLs” means Key Opinion Leaders which are selected by ZALORA and have a significant following in Social Media.

  4. Referral Cashback” means a cashback incentive given to the Referrer for every Qualified Referral, which may then be used for future purchases in ZALORA.

  5. Referral Rewards” means a cash incentive given to the KOLs for every Qualified Referral, which may then be used for future purchases in ZALORA.

  6. “Qualified Referral” defined as a Friend who has made a purchase at the ZALORA App or website using the Referrer’s unique Referral Code. A Friend can only be a Qualified Referral once. Repeat purchases made by a Friend do not make them additional Qualified Referrals. There's no minimum amount of purchase required for Qualified Referral.

  7. “Net Purchase Price” means the amount received by ZALORA from Ambassador Program, less applicable (i) taxes, (ii) returns, (iii) credits, (iv) refunds, and (v) shipping fee

  8. “Referral Code” means a ZALORA unique code that Referrer can promote to Friends.

  9. “Stackable” means a Friend can use Referral Code on top of other vouchers in ZALORA

  10. “ZALORA VIP” is a subscription-based program of ZALORA. ZALORA VIP is entitled to join the Ambassador Program as one of the perks


  1. Program Eligibility

  1. To be  eligible to join the Program,  a Referrer must be a legal resident of the Philippines and at least 18 years old

  2. To participate in the Program, Referrers should sign up using their existing ZALORA account, valid email address, and phone number. Referrers should visit https://zalora.com.ph/zalora-ambassador and follow the instructions to refer family, friends or colleagues to the program by entering contact information

  3. Referrer will receive unique (“Referral Code”) via ZALORA Email Newsletter after 3 business days

  4. Individuals who receive a Referral Code via a Referrer are "Friends". An "Eligible" Referrer who is fully compliant with these Terms and Conditions may receive Referral Cashback/Rewards for every "Qualified Referral” (all terms as defined below).

  5. This Program is open to all ZALORA VIPs who will purchase on the ZALORA website or ZALORA app within the Program period.

Promo duration will run from January 30, 2024 to March 31, 2024.

  1. Qualified Referrals

    A “Qualified Referral” is a New Customer that:

  1. has completed their first purchase(s) using a Referrer’s unique Referral Code,through the ZALORA App or Website(https://zalora.com.ph).

  2. is a legal resident of the Philippines and at least 18 years old;

  3. had not previously made a purchase with ZALORA under any email address, phone number, delivery address or alias;


Referrers can refer multiple Friends, up to a maximum of 10,000 Cashback per month. Each unique Friend can only be a Qualified Referral once. Referrer will receive 3-5% of the final value of the Friend’s order based on the exact nett purchase price after all discounts and refunds have been applied, and excludes shipping cost (if applicable). Payment using wallet credit/cashback wallet will not be included. An order is considered successful only after 30 days have passed after the delivery of the order without any refund or return on the order. Crediting the Referral Cashback to Referrer’s ZALORA Account will be done based on Referrer’s request. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Friend will not be considered Qualified Referrals and shall not have any additional benefits. 


How to Earn Referral Cashback


Refunded Items will not be included in the Qualified Referral Cashback.


How to Withdraw Available Referral Cashback

A Referrer needs to accumulate a minimum of Php 200.00 in Referral Cashback before ZALORA can credit the Referral Cashback to Referrer’s account. Referral Cashback earned will expire one (1) year after the date it was credited.. To withdraw the Referral Cashback, the Referrer must follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to www.zalora.com.ph/zalora-ambassador

  2. Check the available Referral Cashback

  3. Once the Referral Cashback is eligible for withdrawal, Referrer can simply click the "Withdraw" button to request the Referral Cashback to be credited to Referrer’s ZALORA Account.

  4. After 7 business days, ZALORA will credit the Referrarl Cashback to Referrer’s ZALORA Account.


How to Redeem Referral Cashback

Referral Cashback has a 30% threshold when Referrer redeems the Referral cashback. At on order level, customers can redeem a maximum of 30% of (total items prices after discount excluding shipping) in their cart.




  1. Verified Qualified Referrals

Referral Cashback/Rewards are subject to verification. ZALORA may delay the Referral Cashback/Reward for the purposes of investigation. ZALORA may also refuse to verify and process any transaction ZALORA deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on ZALORA, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of ZALORA's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, or Referral Cashback/Reward is verified.


  1. Transfer

Referral Cashback is a commission that will be credited directly to the Referrer’s ZALORA Account and may not be redeemed for cash. Referral Cashbacks are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the Ambassador Program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Rewards that have not yet been delivered to Referrer are forfeited.


  1. Liability:

  1. ZALORA has no obligation to monitor the content provided by Referrers; however, ZALORA may choose to do so and block any email messages, remove any such content, or prohibit any use of the Program.

  2. ZALORA shall not be liable for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any websites or materials associated with the Ambassador Program

  3. ZALORA shall not be liable for any other injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a reward, or from participation in the Program, that were not reasonably foreseeable to YSI at the relevant time.


  1. Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior

  1. ZALORA may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving a Referral Cashback/Reward, in ZALORA’s sole discretion, if ZALORA determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Referrers, ZALORA Customers, or any representatives of ZALORA.

  2. Use of any affiliate website, affiliate network properties, automated systems, script, or macro to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

  3. Referrers may not enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Program or receive a Reward.

  4. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer and/or cancel any Referral Cashback(s) /Reward(s) if ZALORA finds a Referrer to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program or violating these Terms and Conditions in any way.

  5. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be in violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Program. Should such an attempt be made, ZALORA reserves the right to seek remedies and damages(including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including Criminal Prosecution.


  1. Indemnity

Referrers shall defend and indemnify ZALORA against (i) all third party actions, claims, suits or proceedings arising out of, in connection with, or alleging infringement of any patent, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right in any work or materials create by the Referrer in relation to the participation in the Program; and (ii) all liabilities arising out of or in connection with Referrer’s negligent performance or wilful misconduct.


  1. Use of Personal Information

By participating in the Program, Referrer agrees to all the terms of ZALORA’s Privacy Policy as set out in the Website and as may be amended from time to time (e.g. https://www.zalora.com.ph/privacy-policy/), and additionally agree that:

  1. ZALORA may use Referrer’s name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, and

  2. ZALORA may use all personal information submitted by the Referrer for administering the participation in the Program


  1. General

ZALORA reserves the right to revise these Ambassador Program T&Cs or terminate the Ambassador Program programme and any part thereof at any time. Such changes will take effect from such a date as ZAORAmay determine. Further, ZALORA also reserves the right to revise the stipulated validity date of accrued Referral Cashback/Rewards prior to the date of termination. ZALORA will notify you of such changes via email. No additional Referral Cashback/Rewards will be credited after the date of termination
