Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from March 28, 2022 – May 15, 2022.
  2. Promo is open to all ZALORA customers who will purchase on ZALORA using the voucher code within the promotion period.
  3. The said voucher code entitles the customer to a 20% off discount for a minimum spend of P1,699 on ZALORA in a single purchase. Max discount P1,500, multiple use per account up to 10x.
  4. The said voucher code is subject to Terms and Conditions detailed in Item # 14. 5. How to avail of discount:
    1. Log-on to www.zalora.com.ph or the ZALORA mobile app.
    2. Select product and click on Add to Bag.
    3. Once finished, click Checkout Now to proceed.
    4. Log in or register by Signing in via Facebook or email. Input customer information such as name, mobile number and delivery address.
    5. Select Payment Method.
    6. Click Apply Promo Code.
    7. Enter promo code then click Apply.
    8. Click Order Now to finalize order.
    9. Discount will be deducted from subtotal.

  7. To be eligible for the Draw, all Orders following the mechanics in #5 must be valid and complete ZALORA orders. If one or more items in Order was cancelled, exchanged, returned, and or refunded ZALORA orders, resulting in the Order not meeting the minimum spend required in the mechanics, then the Order is disqualified.
  8. Deadline to earn raffle entry/entries for a chance to win the prize is until 11:59 PM on May 15, 2022.
  9. A customer may only win the raffle once.
  10. The prize/s is/are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  11. ZALORA will shoulder the tax on prizes and winnings.

Determination of the winners will be held on May 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the ZALORA Philippines Head Office at MCX E-COMMERCE CENTER, Daang Hari and Daang Reyna Junction, Muntinlupa – Cavite Expressway (MCX) Rotunda, Bgy Poblacion, 1776 Muntinlupa City with the presence of representatives from Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and ZALORA Philippines.
  14. ZALORA Philippines reserves the right, in concurrence with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), to reject a participant if he / she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in these promo mechanics.
  15. Raffle draw winner/s will be notified by ZALORA Philippines through registered mail, email, and phone call.
  16. Winner must reply to the announcement email from ZALORA Philippines and submit the original official notification letter; and present two (2) valid government issued IDs (i.e., SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and one (1) proof of citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate) within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of ZALORA with prior DTI approval. Prize will be sent via email.
  17. All employees of ZALORA Philippines & GCash, their affiliates and partners including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
  18. By participating in the raffle, the winners agree to cooperate and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of ZALORA Philippines relating to the draw. The winners agree that ZALORA Philippines may publicize the name and photograph of the winners in such mode and manner as ZALORA Philippines consider fit.
