Returning your item is as easy as 1-2-3!
Just fill out our Online Returns Form, and make sure that your package does not fall under the list of non-exchangeable and non-refundable items and brands.
If you don’t have ZALORA’s pouch or bag with you, that’s fine! Just make sure that the item you ordered is in the brand’s original packaging, and your return is good to go!
Not sure whether to choose pick up or drop off?
You can drop off your return items by choosing Drop Off as your method of return in the Online Returns Form and head off to our partner drop off sites.
Click + Connect sites
You can drop off your return package at our pop up store in Glorietta 3.
LBC & 2GO branches
You can drop off your return package at any LBC branch nationwide and at select 2GO branches nationwide.
Once you’re at one of our partner drop off sites, hand over your return package at the counter and the branch clerk will give you back an acknowledgement receipt. Now there’s nothing left to do but wait, we’ll send you a notification once we receive your return item at our warehouse!
Want to have your item picked up instead?
Choose pick up as your method of Return in the Online Returns Form, and schedule your pickup with our partner courier! Once the rider arrives, simply hand over the package on the date and address that you’ve indicated in the form.
We’ll inform you once your item has reached our warehouse, and again when your exchange item is out for delivery.
