Promo Mechanics:


  1. Promo period is from March 18, 2022 - March 31, 2022
  2. Promo is open to all ZALORA customers with a registered ZALORA account who will purchase a P100 E-Gift Card on ZALORA, which entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry for every checkout of a gift card.
  3. How to join the raffle:

    1. Log-on to www.zalora.com.ph or the ZALORA mobile app.
    2. Select the P100 E-Gift Card and click on Add to Bag.
    3. Once finished, click Checkout Now to proceed.
    4. Log in or register by Signing in via Facebook or email. Input customer information such as name, mobile number and delivery address.
    5. Select Payment Method.
    6. Click Order Now to finalize order.
    7. You will receive your P100 E-Gift Card via email.


  4. A customer can earn one entry for every successful order of a P100 E-Gift Card.
  5. Winners can get a chance to win any of the Nike Dunk pairs. Winners will be drawn at random. Winners are not allowed to select a specific Nike Dunk pair and the sneaker style per winner will be assigned at random. Once the list of winners have been drawn per style, winners can only select from the available sizes.
  6. Prizes: 10 pairs of Nike Dunks - each winner will get one (1) pair of Nike Dunk sneakers.

  7. To be eligible for the Draw, all Orders following the mechanics in #3 must be valid and complete ZALORA orders. If one or more items in Order was cancelled, exchanged, returned, and or refunded ZALORA orders, resulting to the Order not meeting the required purchase in the mechanics, then the Order is disqualified.
  8. Deadline to earn raffle entry/entries for a chance to win the prize is until 11:59 PM on March 31, 2022.
  9. A customer may only win the raffle once.
  10. Once the final list of winners has been drawn, ZALORA team will reach out to the respective winners via email to confirm their details.
  11. Winner has 60 days from receipt of the registered mail to respond and confirm their details.
  12. ZALORA will deliver the prize to the confirmed delivery address per winner.
  13. All unpaid/unclaimed entries after the deadline will automatically be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected in place of the forfeited entry.
  14. The prize/s is/are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  15. All items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and are excluded from promotions and discounts.
  16. ZALORA will shoulder the tax on prizes and winnings.
  17. ZALORA Philippines reserves the right, in concurrence with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), to reject a participant if he / she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in these promo mechanics.
  18. Raffle draw winners will be notified by ZALORA Philippines through registered mail, email, and phone call.
  19. Winner must reply to the announcement email from ZALORA Philippines and submit the original official notification letter.
  20. All employees of ZALORA Philippines, their affiliates and partners including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
  21. By participating in the raffle, the winners agree to cooperate and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of ZALORA Philippines relating to the draw. The winners agree that ZALORA Philippines may publicize the name and photograph of the winners in such mode and manner as ZALORA Philippines consider fit.
