Terms and Conditions


  • Special Sales are limited time offers on a pre-order basis. They can be identified by end date and time on the event banner.
  • We guarantee all products are authentic. We source them from our international network of trusted suppliers.
  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours after the end of the sale. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service.
  • Special Sale items are not valid for Cash on Delivery, vouchers and other ongoing promotions.
  • We usually ship items two weeks after the end of the sale, after which usual delivery times apply. Please refer to the product page to see specific delivery dates.
  • Our usual 30-days free return policy applies.
  • Due to partnership limitations, exchanges are not allowed. All returned items will be subjected to quality inspection and refund will be credited to your Zalora Wallet Credit after quality checking. To return an item click here.
  • Items on Outlet Special Sale can be gift wrapped as well upon request for an additional fee.
